The countrymen are deeply observing that the internationally renowned personality Dr. Muhammad Yunus is working tirelessly for the people of the country. Although some advisors say 'talk more than action', Dr. Yunus is silently talking less and working more, moving forward with policies. In the midst of various confrontations, protests, debates, Hindutva, Indian hegemony and Chanakya policy conspiracies, and the fugitive Sheikh Hasina's leaks, Dr. Yunus has taken the country to a respectable position. Although some issues are still unclear, the people are fascinated and enchanted by the successes he has already shown. Dr. Yunus has emerged as a dynamic leader despite being out of politics all his life. He is moving forward with the changing times. People have widely trusted his leadership.
Dr. Yunus, the charismatic leader of the past, should re-establish the voting rights of the people who have lost their voting rights for 16 years. Before him, important reforms must be completed. And after the elections, to ensure a path to return to his career with dignity as a winner. Reform is an ongoing process. However, it is very important to reform the fundamental issues. Without minimum reforms, the elections will not be able to meet the expectations of the people. The elections can be held by December if minimum reforms are completed. Just as the government must be active and proactive in this regard, the governments of political parties must ensure necessary cooperation.
As the head of the government, Dr. Yunus is a cool-headed man. A wise, intelligent and knowledgeable man. The bullying and roaring like a disorderly 'color-headed' illegal ruler is absent in him. He is a gentle man with a calm nature. To those who call him a poor boy or a usurer, I would say, 'Consider how good a person you and I are. Think about Hazrat Omar (RA), Khalid bin Walid (RA). Understand the rest.' He will show what is in Dr. Yunus' plan. World leaders continue to respect him. His proof is - stopping the tariffs imposed by the US for three months, stopping their transshipment in the wake of India's transshipment cancellation, the success of increasing investment during his visit to China, explaining to Modi calmly at the BIMSTEC summit, restoring order in the country immediately after assuming power, accountability and justice for the July-August killings, restoring the fragile economy, restoring customer confidence in the banking sector, reform roadmap, broad-based international support, zero corruption in the administration, efficient and peaceful management of instability and crisis, coming out of the cover of knee-jerk foreign policy and adding a new dimension to foreign policy, involving the people in boycotting foreign culture and bringing about cultural revival, saving the country from the 112th position in the list of powerful countries of the world to the 47th position. In addition, convincing ASEAN members and 180,000 Rohingyas to take back is no less a success.
On the other hand, in addition to the success of bringing the UN Secretary-General to Dhaka, the UN Human Rights Commission's report showing evidence of the killing of 1400 students and people, including children, in the August 5 mass uprising, Dr. Muhammad Yunus has shaken the hearts of the fallen Awami League leaders through his meeting with Narendra Modi. He has shown the dream of inspiring the young generation to work. He has shown the dream of implementing the 'Three-Zero' theory. Dr. Muhammad Yunus has crushed the syndicate and established price control and law and order situation during the holy month of Ramadan, which the government could not do before. After almost 16 years, the people of the country have got the opportunity to celebrate Eid happily in a free environment. This is a great success of Dr. Yunus. Not only 'Padrotalagala' or 'victory', but also Professor Dr. For Yunus, the bloodshot eyes of the aggressive hegemonist India have now taken on the gray color of the afternoon.
Although the interim government was formed on the proposal of the agitating students, civil society and political parties, this government faced many challenges with its responsibilities. However, the biggest challenge was to establish control over the organized administration of fascist Sheikh Hasina. Dr. Muhammad Yunus compared Hasina-North Bangladesh with the Gaza situation. He said, 'Israel committed genocide in Gaza, and Hasina has destroyed state institutions and structures in her arbitrariness for a decade and a half'. There were disappearances, murders, lawsuits, attacks and genocide. The collapsed administration and Sheikh Hasina's cronies who remained in every sector of the institution created one crisis after another.
After Hasina fled, the Chhatra League and Jubo League went underground for the time being, but their secret attacks did not stop. Although the Chhatra League was banned, people from different sectors took to the field with its characteristics. In the name of fulfilling demands, they created a situation of terror and anarchy in offices, courts and highways. In the first 6 months of the government, 181 movements took place. The government took oath on August 8. And on August 19, at least 18 organizations protested at various intersections in Dhaka in one day. Demands aside, those who could not make any sound during Hasina's tenure also took to the streets. However, it did not take long for the countrymen to realize that these anarchies were planned and instigated by the fugitive Sheikh Hasina. The defeated forces chose the government's liberal, democratic and humane mentality as an opportunity to fish in murky waters.
Judicial queue, minority oppression issue, unrest in the garment sector, unrest in the hills, Ansar League, battery-powered rickshaw league, students who failed exams, garment workers, MLSS and even the administration cadre are trying to prove the failure of Dr. Yunus' government. Along with this, the fugitive Modi follower Sheikh Hasina went into a frenzy with intense anger due to the mental anguish of losing power. She was sheltered mainly by the ruling party BJP, the opposition party Congress, the country's state intelligence agency 'RAW' and some of their allies in Dhaka's sleazy media. There is continuous propaganda by arresting the treasonous ISKCON leader Chinmoy Das and making 'minority oppression' an issue. Communal provocation is going on. Although there was no communal violence inside the country. Various Islamic political parties including BNP-Jamaat, student organizations, madrasa students and teachers, and ordinary religious people took the responsibility of guarding the Durga Puja pavilion. With the cooperation of students and the public, Dr. Muhammad Yunus' government faced all situations with great patience. The government did not fall into the trap of any provocation. However, the provocations of the defeated forces in the mass uprising continue to this day.
In such a situation, the interim government has taken up various reforms despite various challenges. The storehouse of achievements is about to be filled with success. The rope of reducing foreign exchange reserves has been pulled. Inflation and inflation are being tried to be controlled, the syndicate of daily necessities has been broken. Corruption at the top level of the government has been stopped. Money laundering has also been stopped. Record amounts of foreign remittances have increased. At least 6 reform commissions have been formed to establish good governance. The commissions have already submitted reports of their respective departments. The reform process is continuing with the opinions of political parties. The Election Commission has been restructured. The International Criminal Tribunal has been reconstituted to try genocide and crimes against humanity in July-August. Appointment rules have been formulated for the appointment of judges in the High Court. The 'Supreme Judicial Council' has been revived to remove judges. The Anti-Corruption Commission-ACC has been reconstituted, and a 'Disappearance Commission' has been formed to investigate the disappearances, murders and mirror prison incidents of the fascist government. The 'Independent Investigation Commission' is working to unravel the mystery of the killing of soldiers in BDR Peelkhana and February 25 has been declared as 'National Martyr Army Day'.
Taking responsibility, Dr. Yunus personally freed 186 expatriates from prison in the United Arab Emirates. During the July-August coup, they held a march against Hasina there in solidarity. On September 27, Dr. Muhammad Yunus spoke at the 79th General Assembly of the United Nations. During this time, he met with the then US President Joe Biden. Former US President Bill Clinton held bilateral meetings with the Prime Minister of Nepal, Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif, heads of the United Nations, World Bank, IMF, European Union and various human rights organizations. Each party participating in the meeting welcomed the assumption of office by the Dr. Muhammad Yunus government. They pledged to stand by Bangladesh. They want Bangladesh to move forward under the leadership of Dr. Yunus.
The Chief Advisor raised the Rohingya repatriation initiative in the presence of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres last March. Immediately after, he visited China on March 27. In short, although there are doubts and controversies about the activities of some advisors of the interim government, Chief Advisor Dr. Yunus is protecting the country under his dynamic leadership and is working tirelessly to try to take the nation to a right destination.
